By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws. If you are under the minimum legal age, you may use the App only with parental or legal guardian consent.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. User Content
The App allows users to create and share content, including profiles, messages, images, statistics, and other information (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for:

- Ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit
You may not upload content that is:
- Illegal, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory

4. Community & Conduct
Wapp is a community-based platform.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Manipulate ratings, statistics, or attendance data
- Misuse invitation or messaging features
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
5. Sports & Activity Disclaimer
Wapp does not verify player skill levels, health status, or suitability for participation.
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and responsibility.
Wapp is not responsible for:
- Injuries or damages during activities
- Disputes between users, teams, or organizers
6. Invitations & Third Parties
If you invite others to the App, you confirm you have permission to provide their contact details.
We are not responsible for interactions between users or with third parties facilitated through the App.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App:
- If these Terms are violated
- If required by law
- To protect users or the platform
Termination may result in loss of access to content or data.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including design, code, and branding, belong to Wapp or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties regarding:
- Availability or reliability
- Accuracy of content or statistics
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wapp shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
- User conduct or third-party actions
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
